This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how and why we collect, store, use, and manage personal information and data in connection with our VR application VIRTUAL SPORTS, available on the Meta Quest platform (the “Service”).
By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Terms used herein have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise defined.

Definitions

Service
Refers to the application Virtual Sports and published on Meta Quest.

Personal Data
Information about a living individual who can be identified from that data (e.g., username, avatar).

Usage Data
Automatically collected data from use of the Service (e.g., session duration). We currently do not process Usage Data unless explicitly mentioned.

Cookies
Small files stored on your device. Our VR app does not use cookies, but our website(s) may reference cookie usage.

Data Controller
BeFootball S.L. is the Data Controller of any personal data processed.

Data Processors (or Service Providers)
We do not currently use external processors. However, this term covers any entity that may, under contract, process data on our behalf in the future if necessary.

Data Subject (or User)
Any individual using our Service.

Information Collection and Use
Our VR application processes minimal data strictly necessary to personalize the gameplay experience:

Shown to other users for identification. 
We do not collect IP addresses, email addresses, device identifiers, or persistent usage analytics within the app. Features like region-based matchmaking, email recovery, or age-group tracking are not used in the current version of the app.
How to View, Modify, or Delete Your Data

We do not store user data on our own servers. However, if you wish to request clarification or deletion of session-related data, please contact us.

Please include your Meta Quest username or other identifying information.

Use of Data

Data accessed via Meta is used solely for:Providing core gameplay functionality.Identifying players during in-game sessions.Displaying player profile image and username in menus or multiplayer.We do not use collected data for marketing, profiling, or behavioral tracking.

Legal Basis under GDPR (for EEA users)

We process your minimal Personal Data on the following legal bases:Your consent via the Meta platform.Legitimate interest in providing essential functionality.Contractual necessity to deliver gameplay features.
 Retention of Data

We do not store personal data beyond the game session. Data accessed is discarded upon exiting the application.
Transfer of Data
We do not transfer or export any personal data outside your local device. No cloud or server-side storage is implemented for user identity or session logs.

Disclosure of Data

We may disclose personal data only if required to:Comply with a legal obligation.Protect rights or investigate misuse.Respond to lawful government requests.
 Security of Data

We do not store user data. All temporary session data is handled within the Meta platform environment, and we follow Meta’s privacy and security practices accordingly.
Do Not Track (CalOPPA)

As a VR application, Football SuperPlayer does not utilize web-based tracking, cookies, or browser technologies. “Do Not Track” signals are not applicable.

Your GDPR Rights

If you are an EEA resident, you have the right to:Access, correct, or request deletion of your data.Object to or restrict processing.Withdraw consent at any time.Please contac us to exercise any of these rights.

Service Providers

We do not currently engage any third-party service providers for processing personal data. If this changes, the policy will be updated accordingly.

The VR app may include links to external websites. These are outside of our control, and we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies.

Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact us to request deletion.

Cookie and Tracking Policy
Our VR app does not use cookies or tracking technologies. This applies Virtual Sports and its related in-app content.
Our external websites may use cookies for standard functionality, but this does not apply within the app itself.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as needed to reflect changes in legal requirements or Service functionality. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
